Reviewsnap does not share its customer information except as required to process order transactions with any trade partners (Authorize.net). Trade partners agree to comply with all Reviewsnap privacy policies and may assist with processing credit card or check transactions.
Customers have the option of visiting our website or contacting us by email or telephone at any time. When responding to an inquiry, Reviewsnap will only contact customers by phone upon request. Reviewsnap and its subsidiaries guarantee that they will not contact customers with promotional calls. A telephone call may be placed to individuals who sign up for a free trial to offer assistance and a "live" demonstration of the system. A confirmation email is delivered to each customer when a free trial or subscription is obtained. This confirmation email will contain information relevant only to the transaction and will not include credit card numbers.
