Send a Review Back to an Employee

Follow these instructions if you are using the ‘Hand-Off Method’ for your review process

 Introduction: Administrators have permission to send a self review back to an employee

Step One: Navigate to Manage Employees link and select an employee

Step Two: Click Create or Complete a Review

Step Three: Lastly, click Back to Employee to route this review back to an employee

Note:The system will only route the self review back to the employee regardless if the manager has begun to provide their responses onto their review for the employee.

If you are not using the ‘Hand Off Method” for your review process follow these instructions below.

Step One: Navigate to Manage Employees link and select an employee

Step Two: Click View Completed a Review

Step Three: Select Un-finalize to route the review back to the employee

Note: Make sure to verify you are un-finalizing  the correct review by reviewing the Reviewer action item. This will show who complete the review.
