A. As the end of any given review period approaches, managers are sent notification emails to alert them of the upcoming review(s). The system handles all of this automatically and you do not have to trigger anything to ensure the emails are sent.

You can select from four standard rating scales, modify them, or create your own. The system defaults review periods to employee anniversary date, but you can create review periods that align with your specific needs. Managers are assigned to employees as you set up each employee and are notified via email as reviews become due. If you prefer to weight goals/key indicators, that option is available. There are a number of other features that you will find both flexible and useful as well.
