A. Yes. The beauty of the ReviewSNAP™ system is that you only need Internet access to use it regardless of where you or your employees are located. And it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. How are managers notified when reviews are due?
A. As the end of any given review period appraoches, managers are sent notification emails to alert them of the upcoming review(s). The system handles all of this automatically and you do not have to trigger anything to ensure the emails are sent.
Q. Is the system easy to understand and use?
A. Definitely. When the system was defined and designed, the primary focus was on flexibility and ease-of-use. The initial setup is straightforward and simple and using the system is very easy. If desired, we will provide a free telephone consultation to assist you in getting your data into the system and how to use the system. We are available to assist you when you need help as well. Our business model is based on outstanding customer service and quality. We are more than happy to help out whenever you may need assistance.
Q. How flexible is the system?
A. ReviewSNAP™ was designed for maximum flexibility and ease of use. You can create your own review forms or use or modify one of the standard forms provided. You can select from four standard rating scales, modify them, or create your own. The system defaults review periods to employee anniversary date, but you can create review periods that align with your specific needs. Managers are assigned to employees as you set up each employee and are notified via email as reviews become due. If you prefer to weight goals/key indicators, that option is available. There are a number of other features that you will find both flexible and useful as well.
