Reviewsnap Adds Discussion Forum To Allow For Dynamic Evaluations and Documentation

Reviewsnap announced today that it has added a unique new feature to its robust performance management system. The company already offers performance review and 360 degree feedback solutions along with a journaling feature that allows users to log performance notes on employees.

The Discussion Forum provides a unique method of documenting performance on an employee. Managers and others within the organization can be invited to discuss an employee's performance in a forum type format. This dynamic dialogue approach logs input from multiple parties in a quick discussion-like environment without having to set up a more formalized feedback process.

Also, the Discussion Forum creates another documentation tool within the system that lists specific feedback from multiple individuals. This can help enhance the feedback to the employee and documentation for disciplinary actions or promotions.
