Q. Do I have to add software to any of my computers or servers to use the Reviewsnap system?

A. No additional software is required. Reviewsnap is an on-demand service operating in a highly secure environment that is accessible from any computer that has Internet access.
 
 
Q. Can our employees located in other offices use the system?
 
A. Yes. The beauty of the Reviewsnap system is that you only need Internet access to use it regardless of where you or your employees are located. And it is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
 
Q. What if we need support or help with anything in the system?
 
A. We are available during regular business hours (generally 8 am to 8 pm CST) via a toll-free telephone call at 1-800-516-5849. However, our dedicated account manager model gives you access to support 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Your account management team will help you with your questions and assist you as necessary. We focus on providing outstanding customer service and will work hard to gain your trust and confidence. Q. How are managers notified when reviews are due?
 
A. As the end of any given review period approaches, managers are sent notification emails to alert them of the upcoming review(s). The system handles all of this automatically and you do not have to trigger anything to ensure the emails are sent.
 
 
Q. Is the system easy to understand and use?
 
A. Definitely. As the system has been developed, the primary focus has been and will remain on flexibility and ease-of-use. The initial setup is straightforward and simple and using the system is very easy. We will provide a free telephone consultation to assist you in getting your data into the system and to train you in using the system. We are available to assist you when you need help as well. Our business model is based on outstanding customer service and quality. We are more than happy to help out whenever you may need assistance. We believe our service level is unequaled in our industry.
 
 
Q. How flexible is the system?
 
A. Reviewsnap has been designed for maximum flexibility and ease of use. You can create your own performance review forms or use or modify one of the standard forms provided. You can select from four standard rating scales, modify them, or create your own. The system defaults review periods to employee anniversary date, but you can create review periods that align with your specific needs. Managers are assigned to employees as you set up each employee and are notified via email as reviews become due. If you prefer to weight goals/key indicators, that option is available. There are a number of other features that you will find both flexible and useful as well.
